In standard Italian (human translation) is either
NON RIMPIANGO NIENTE or NON MI PENTO DI NIENTE or
NON RIMPIANGO NULLA or NON MI PENTO DI NULLA

'Non mi rammarico niente' is from some online translator.
In Italian we should say 'Non mi rammarico di niente' or 'Non mi rammarico di nulla' that are also correct but widely less used as
those ones above.
