i need help with a mac?

it keeps asking me about this applacation thing and i did it but now it wount let me do inything at all.. like its stuck there how do i get it off the last applactin or whatever

It sounds like you have a program that froze up.
In the old days (before OSX), you had to just restart the entire Mac.
Now you can press Apple/Option/ESC all at the same time, and it will bring up a window to force quit any application that froze up.
