Instead of snacking on bad things snack on celery or something low in calories and good for you then it wont matter if you snack. Just remember have around six small meals a day to speed up your metabolism and half an hour of exercise and the pounds will come off easy. Lose only 2-3lbs a week it's healthier and wont cause any extra or weird skin when you lose weight. Good luck sweetie!

Continue eating, but take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in water before eating. Eventually you will not feel the need to stuff your face. What you are searching for is vitamins. ACV has 93. Grows long hair and nails, cures acne and lots of other things too. Real inexpensive. Buy at your local market. Read about this miracle on the web. Use acv in place of a meal. Really works.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

to begin with you cannot just stop eating, your body will wonder about its next meal and you will gain weight. What you need is healthy food and moderate exercise. See a dietitian, some stores and or pharmacies have them available to talk to for free!
