I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks by drinking half my body weight in water.

i weighed 125, half of 125 is 62.5 so i drank 62oz of water everyday. i cleared up my skin & helped me shed the weight.

also jump rope, 10-20 minutes of non stop jump rope everyday for a month helped me loose 10 pounds. i also ran.

fill your fridge with low fat yogurt & fruit so your tempted to grab a strawberry banana surprise over a donut.

V8 fruit fusion is amazing, with 8 oz you get a whole serving of fruits & veggies!!

eating greens helps too, it dose im a model & i have to gain & lose weight all the time, though im only 15 im pretty serious about what i eat.

drinking water, eating greens, & exercise is key.

but little things like walking to the mail box, in stead of driving, or drinking green tea a special k bar instead of waiting in line at McDonalds for a mc muffin helps more than you know, walk where every you can & dont take short cuts.

lol im not saying you eat donuts or mc muffins, its just an example, i dont want to offend anyone.

eating 3 meals a day & a small snack like dried fruit or yogurt every 3 hours is sooooo very important.

people think if they dont eat they'll lose weight but it really slows down your metabolism.

eating raisin bran (or any fiber) cereal for break fast helps keep you full through out the day.

if you are slightly hungry eating a protein bar or something small in cal. helps! it fills you up & as a bonus the digestion burns more cal’s that you consumed!

dont stuff yourself. only put enough on your plate that will make you satisfied. over eating is bad.

im almost positive if you do this for 2 months you'll drop 15-25 pounds.

just remember, 3 meals, water, exercise will make you thinner & healthier!

Sculpting or polities is really fun, you tone your body & burn massive calories.

i lost 2 pounds doing it for 30 minutes everyday for a week in PE.

if someone offers you a chocolate bar just say no, later on you'll feel proud that your really doing something to lose weight.

the king size chocolate bar has a min of 200 cals, 100 of them are fatty & bad for you.

if you like sweets go for low fat, if you drink milk slowly start decreasing the % size.

if you drink whole milk switch to 2%, then to 1% then to low fat, fat free, and skim.

i hope this helps! good luck!

2-3 pounds per week is an average, healthy weight loss.

I lost weight quickly two years ago just by completely changing my eating habits.

I no longer eat fried foods, I stay away from fast food, eat more veggies and fruits, lots of lowfat cottage cheese, chicken, fish, etc. By changing my eating habits and doing just general walking (any exercise is good) I lost 40 lbs and managed to keep it off.

Don't get me wrong. I still cheat from time to time, but as long as you get back on it, you'll be fine.

They say not to weigh yourself everyday. Well I did. It made me push harder if I saw bad results, and made me feel good if I saw good results. It also helps to snack throughout the day, on the good things. That way you are not so hungry at regular meal times.

Just eat healthy and do whatever exercise is fun for you. It's not really hard to do. You just need to train yourself to change the habits.

Here's the diet that fit me: 3 meals a day, each amounting to about 300 calories. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. If I got hungry, I ate a fruit.

Rules:

1. No eating 3 hours beofre you go to sleep.
2. Exercise as much as possible. Don't sit down for long periods of time. If you are watching TV, do sit-ups.
3. Check your weight everyday. Studies show that people who are aware of even the slightest weight gain are more likely to go back on track.
4. Avoid fried foods.
5. Count ALL your calories. If you are at a restaurant, ask them for a brochure or something. They usualyl have one. Or, go to www.dietfacts.com or www.calorielab.com

you sure can, just look at Janet Jackson, she lost over 60 pounds in only four months, you have double that time, of course you probably don't have time to devote your whole day to diet and exercise but a place like weight watchers is a great place to start, you can eat any food that you want (in certain portions of course) and the support that you get from the meetings will help you stay on track. I have a lot of family members who tried this my mother lost 95 pounds I lost 15, and my cousin lost 75. Also you should definitely buy a pedometer, and try and get at least 10,000 steps a day (this is recommended for weight loss) Good Luck, You Can Do It!

It is possible. I gained 80 lbs with both of my kids and lost it all both times. The kids are 16 months apart, so it was like a yoyo to my body.

Anyway, I did weightwatchers (just watched the points and portions) I didn't do the meetings. I had friends who knew how many points to eat. They do have an online group if you want to join. I also got a gym membership and went 3 times/week. I ran/jogged 2-3 miles and lifted weights afterwards.

You need to get with a dietician to set up a heathy mix of diet and exercise, once you start losing the weight the motivation will come. As for the PCOS do not let any doctor make you believe it is because of your weight, it has to do with the hormones your body is producing and when.

Read this ebook here http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=416. It's the only good resource I found online about train models with a step by step guide to plan and build a model railroad.
Cheers ;)

Get an accountability partner, you help them and they help you. You check on them they check on you. It works!!

I think you can do it if you have a buddy yelling at you (in a nice loving way) to do what you need to do or not do lol

pulse when you eat, drink lots and lots of water, so you fill up on water and actually eat less food

The one girl attempting math is retarded. 80/32 is 2.5, which is the healthly limit. If you are motivated and on a good program, that is very realistic.
