Or Best Offer

Depends on what you're selling, and how badly someone wants it.
In SOME cases, like when numerous people want to buy your item, you tell them that you will take the best offer OVER your asking price.

If you're selling something overpriced, you will take the best offer given.

Yes, you can, but there is a catch. The only thing that the devil wants from you and cares about you is your eternal soul. The devil is a trickster. Once you give your soul to him, he can let you die and go to hell at any time. Several people have asked for the same ability, and he let them have it, but they died young, very young. It says in the Bible, "What does it benefit a man if he sells his soul to gain the whole world?" Nothing is as valuable as your soul, and the devil doesn't work for free. Don't do it! But, if you really are foolish enough to not heed the warnings, then the dumb thing to do is to channel a spirit which will possess you and give you what you want for a time. For it to possess you though, you must sell your soul. Again, I highly recommend that you just practice whatever it is that you want to do. It's must safer and doesn't damn you for eternity.
