I just started using them tonight and it doesn'y say to or not to on the box.

Yes, white strips should not replace brushing!

I think you should. Rinsing alone does not remove all the bleaching gel so you need to brush to get rid of it. Besides, you don't want the product on your teeth or gums longer than it has to be. It can cause sensitivity and sore gums.
