irish wolfhound without a doute, If you have no luck there then go for a deerhound

Common pig hunting breeds are:

Ridgebacks
Pit Bulls
Deerhounds
Catahoulas
American Bull Dogs

Maybe you can get a good hunting dog by breeding with one of these.
