Most parking tickets now includes directions on how to contest them in the back.

However, most would do you no good, unless you can positively prove that your vehicle is elsewhere or the meter was broken or something.

I'm not sure what your question is. Can you contest them? You can. Appear at the courthouse and ask for a hearing.
