First, soak your feet with ice after you play. second, buy orthotics from a target or wal-mart, Yes, i know that they are cheap, but they might provide temporary relief. also, go to foot doctor. I have $300 orthotics and they work great.
i play football and baseball, my feet were hurting the same way a few years ago, and the pain wouldnt go away. i went to the foot doctor and he casted my foot with plaster and had the orthotics custom made.
now, i feel much better. all i needed was some extra support and it worked out to be a lot better. i've been pain-free for 2 years.

I would see a Doctor for these symptoms. Your age would be helpful. Arterial thrombosis (blockage) has these symptoms.

may be shin splints...or may be fasheitice (sp?) - if it hurts in the heels and up...terrible pain...i know...cutting sugar out of my diet for 5 days seemed to relieve it for me...
