I suggest you create a routine that incorporates cardio and weight training, which you plan to stick to long term. Otherwise you'll keep fluctuating. And yes, keep the cardio but maybe decrease the level since there are major benefits to cardio on long term health. But the weight training will help your joints and bone density.

Cardio is good to maintain your weight. There are heart monitors ($60) out now that come with instructions of target heart rates. The heart rate you want to maintain during your exercise is different for different goals. It is will one thing for weight loss, another for weight control. It si a good investment.

Absolutely! It will keep your heart strong, and it will always be good for you. I learned the hard way that once you quit exercising, the bad eating habits come back and before you know you've lost all the ground you gained.

hey believe me keeep on ur diet...just eat more healthier fooodd...dont even try to jump on junk foods and plzzz exercise..believe me...it happened with me last year....i went on a straight diet..but after like a month..i stopped exercisingg and everythingg else....sttarted on my same regular diettt..and i am stillll sufferingg.evenhtought i do exercise i cant loose weight as i did...last year....
