Omigosh! He's two whole years younger than you!? The controversy! The scandal! If the two of you like each other, there is nothing wrong with dating. Just leave the physical part out until he turns 18 (depending on where you live, that is).

Hey. Just two words for you, no rush. It might be good now to ring his bell, but his inexperienced behavior will disappoint you a lot. In my term, waiting until you are 25, will help you achieve the goal in the heaven.
