And put your shoulders back, because when I stand up and just relax, i am kind of hunching over, people say i need to push my shoulders back.

It shouldn't take too much effort.

Some people have muscle imbalances, scoleosis, and other causes. Have a doc check you out.

yes, it takes an effort in the beginning, but becomes automatic in no time. Check out a yoga pose called Mountain Pose. It is awesome at teaching you to stand straight and be relaxed all at the same time! ;)

It does at first, because your muscles are weak and you're not used to it.

Give it time, and soon you'll have awesome posture and look 10 pounds lighter!!
