i am 120 pounds and i want to weigh 90 pounds. what should i do to lose all this weight?

Your question is interesting,but will you be able to follow the instructions and advice once you get it ?

Anyway , I am writing what is known to me and important forany one to follow to keep the body fit as a fiddle and brisk.
1)Balanced diet as per your body constitution and calorie requirements,based on suggestions from a dietitian.

In general you need to take vegetables and fruits liberally( about 3-5 servings a day) and less of protein ,fat and carbohydrates.

Avoid fried food and take less of meat and more of fish if you are a non-vegetarian..(food habit)

2) Depending upon the BMI(Body Mass Index), you need to take exercise for about an hour a day. Exercise to include some aerobics and brisk walking, depending upon age,health conditions etc
Physician's advice will be useful, before you take up exercise.

3) Life style modification to suit your health conditions and age.

4) Avoid stress

5) Avoid soking.

6) Avoid liquor or reduce intake of liquor.

7) Have regular food habits ,timing and bowel habits

8)Have sleep for eight hours a day.


9) take less of snacks in between meals.

10) Reduce intake of dairy products.

Do fasting for twenty to twentyfive days under the strict guidance and supervision of a naturapath with raw fruit/vegatable juice and water. Else drink the infusion of a handful of baer(the fruit given as prasad on shivratri day) leaves soaked in two glasses of water overnight in the morning in an empty stomach.

first off....

how tall are you? how old are you? what's your activity level?

if you're average height, you DO NOT need to loose weight. this is your first class ticket to an eating disorder. trust me on this. i actually started at about your weight, and tried loosing a couple pounds. then i got addicted and lost 40. i almost died. you dont' wnat that. trust me.

love who you are!!!!!!!

however.............. if you are going to loose weight, eat. if you don't eat, you're metabolism slows down like crazy and yuou'll gain back weight from even a carrot. to this day i eat less than a normal person does and stay stable because my metabolism is still messed up. it sucks.

do cardio, but mke it fun. dont' do it in a "i have to loose weihgt" manner. cardio or biking can be the most relaxing thing to do. hope this helped.....

keep drinking water so your stomach will be full most of the time. Go to Gym. When you eat your breakfast or lunch meal dont become full. Dont satsfy your stomach all the time. Try to get use on eating vegetables at lunch beside the main dish. Dont be lazy going to gym. Find a partner.

Please practise yog-pranayam under supervision of a credible yog practioner or a certified yog teacher, preferably from Patanjali Yog Peeth Haridwar,India ,Watch TV programmes of Swami Ramdev Ji where scores of yog practioners are getting their weight reduced without resorting to any medicine. do lots of cardio and aerobic excersise,tone up a bit,do some situps,pushups,crunches,leg raises,and eat healthy such as fruit,vegetables.dont each junk food.

hun your fine u don't need to lose 30 lbs. u don't even need to lose a pound, be happy with who you are.
