I am trying to gain weight in muscle by working out alot here is how i eat on a normal day:

Wake up get ready for school, sometimes have cereal sometimes i dont eat breakfast, normally a hearty salad or pizza for lunch, and a big dinner normally like a big plate of spaghetti or chow mein or something.

You need more vegetables and a good source of vitamin c try to eat whole grains, and high quality protein.

not even close, we dont know your workout, or how much you weigh, you need 6 meals aday, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, oats, and protein in every meal. But again I cant go into further depth, cause you did not divulge much information
