Yes, from time to time I do feel like I'm going insane over the guilt I feel for what I have done in the past. I just remind myself that what's done really is done and unless I have a plan on how to get rid of the guilt then I'm better off ignoring it.

Yes, most often at home alone or while at work, thinking about my life. I get really upset over the way I behaved once in a while up until my life "ended" when I was 20. Now I am 29 and have kept to myself for nine years and guilt from the past makes me crazy and I only think about the past if my mind is not busy, or while dreaming and when first waking up in the morning.

it depends what it is... if its big like u hurted someone n they dont know or u stole ur bestfriends favorite item n they dont know then prolly but if its like u cheated on one question that really didnt matter then no!
