do they sell non-permanent blonde hair dye? have u ever seen it? if so where?

They do have semi permanent blondes.

Except your hair has to be lighter than the colour you buy, as semi permanent can't lighten, they're just colours that deposit tone.

For example. You can buy a colour called Champagne Gold, this colour, applied to platinum blonde hair, turns out a beautiful beige-gold colour.

To answer your question, yes you can, but they cant go on hair darker than the colour in the tube.

Yes, you can buy it at most stores and at Sally's beauty supply. the problem is you have to have blonde hair for the non permanent to work. If you have brown hair it has to bleach it to make it blonde and that is never temporary. See? So, you'll need permanent for it to work. Otherwise it just makes the hair a little lighter, maybe and not worth the time it takes. You need the permanent to work. Mostly you need the lightest you can buy if your hair is dark. then make sure to condition it very well and use blonde shampoo every week or two to keep it from turning brassy. Good luck.

no, if your hair is dark, you will have to "bleach" it
