thin sliced stukey wrapped around provolone
chunks of grilled chicken in ranch or honey mustard
healthy pop popcorn (only 25 cals per serving)
feta w/ olive oil and greek olives
mini pitas stuffed with baby tomatoes, garlic, and parmeasan
theres a hundred options like this, try to combine a lean protien (a meat) or a calcium (a dairy) with a carb for quick energy and easy filler-uppers.

Garlic bread!
or toast with cheese, if you stick it in the microwave for a bit you could have a grilled cheese sandwich, add tomatos and it's even better, tastes better too. try whole wheat bread instead of white and real cheese instead of kraft.
Yogurt is also a great thing to have around when you feel snackish, add granola or fruit to make it more filling.

all kinds of homemade salads..
just cut some tomatos and concombres and green,red,yellow pepper and cabbage and carrots and broccli..and add some drops of vinegar and salt...
that's a simple middle-eastren salad recipe..
