Sounds like you strain the muscles in your lumbar spine every day. This can cause a pinching of a nerve (sciatic) that can radiate pain down your leg and even into your feet. Try better body mechanics. NO bending at the waist, this causes hundreds of pounds of pressure on the muscles in your low back. Bend at your knees. Also, do not rotate your spine while lifting anything. Move from your legs. Try to strech and get exercise to stengthen your abdomnal muscles. They help support your low back.

You should learn the right body mechanics for lifting. Sleep on a very firm mattress with your knees bent. If the pain is going down your legs you might have a bulging disc in your back, You should see a doctor at 21 years old you cant afford to risk permanent damage to your back

It sounds like you might have scoleosis or whatever it's called. You should really go to a doctor as that pain shooting down your leg is most likely a nerve being squeezed or pinched. Just go to an ER and try to get help. You can always file bankruptcy, you can't get a new back.
