ok in my spanish class i like this girl alot...she laughs at anythin i say and always pays attention to me when i talk. she says hi to me whenever i see her. i really like her and would like to be with her..but i dont know what to say..we dont know each other very well, and i dont want to just ask her out. help me people of yahoo!

i don't know much about dating, but have learned many things through observing and listening to others who have the RIGHT mind in this situation.
some girls like guys who are honest and straight foward (not straight as in liking a guy or girl, but someone who doesn't hesistate or hide their feelings). others don't. but hears something to keep in mind : you snooze you lose. that's why some girls like guys who will tell the truth about likeing them. Someone else might take her if you wait too long
some tips:
try being her friend than trying to be a boyfriend. IT works much better that way. get to know her, spend time with her, listen to what she has to say. When the time is right, tell her. But don't wait too long!
also, there are things to consider. Gossip is a big thing. Other people will start talking and stuff which is about you (as in bad stuff). Ignore them. They're either jealous, or they're just stupid. They know nothing about you, so why fuss about the false things?
Other than that, the courage to ask her out.

there is a fine line between a person u can flirt with and being just friends and a special reserved space for ppl thats not even close..., some ppl have troubles crossing that line, some ppl flys over that line, some ppl even has erased that line for them.... you my friend are heading the direction towards the deep end of just friends.... theres also the factor of what she thinks of you, is she flirting or is she just being nice?.... give it some thought buddy

you dont have to just straight ask her out...
maybe just get her number or sn and get to know her a little.
then maybe ask her out.
