My two year old daughter and I went sledding the other day, It is about 10 degrees here. Her mittens kept coming off every time we went down the hill. Does anybody know of a way of keeping her mittens on so they will not fall off her.

We used to have mitten clips when we were young. I was just thinking of finding these for my son. I'm going to web hunt and I'll post the link below when I find it!

Ebay also has Hello Kitty and plain ones. The buy it now start at $5. You could even google "mitten clips", but the ones on ebay you may be able to get at a steal plus they're cute!

u can get mittens with elastic in the open part or put the mittens on before the coat or get smaller mittens

Get the mittens with Velcro around the wrists that you can tighten up.

Try putting on the mittens before you put on her coat. I do this with my girls and they don't pop off as easy.

Sew buttons her mittens with little loops sewn on; they can b big enuff that u can also *teach her later how to do the buttons; or use velcro...

Can you snap the mittens to her sleeves or use velcro or something like that? (My husband suggests duct tape...thanks, babe!) We snap our daughter's mitts to her sleeves.
