YES. I absolutely believe that all animals reincarnate.

Sometimes, I honestly think that my cat was human in a past life. Or she's a human soul trapped in a cat's body. She doesn't have normal cat expressions, she looks at you as if she understands every word you say. Also, she's so spiteful! I shooed her away once because I was busy sewing and she happily walked over and threw up in my shoes. She had a little altercation with my other cat, about an hour later we caught her pooping in his water bowl. These are just a few of many, many things we've experienced over the last 10 years.

although I love my pets, past and present I do not think they will reincarnate. I think only humans go through that :)

I actually do not know, but hope my pets are in heaven. If I am blessed I will join them.
