Maybe your actually just bloated.
Worms can cause you to bloat and gain around the belly only.
Ever seen a little wormy pot belly puppy?

well, you need to set aside time each day to excircise about an hour or more. 1st stretch, then maybe take a 5 minute walk to get you warmed up, never do the same routine every day, instead mix it up abit, one day run on the treadmill, the next swim a few laps, or take a bike ride, If you do the same thing every day, your body will get used to it and stop burning as many calories. Also, after your main work out, do about 50 sit ups or more to tone your tummy, or take a pilates class at a gym or something. And, try going about 21 days with out sugar or fatty foods, because it takes that amount of time to break a habbit, so you probablly won't want any bad food as much and you can get thinner. Hope this helps!

That young lady is the question of the century. Short of liposuction (not a good option) there are very few if any ways to spot reduce fat in one particular area.
Now, what needs to be done is for you to lose fat period. It is not that you are only fat in your belly it is that the other areas in your body that hold fatty adipose tissue looks good on you. That being said you have to do an-aerobic exercise in the surrounding areas to burn calories, such as your back, pecs, hips/ glutes. While doing the an-aerobic exercising you will shape your body the way that you want it to look.
The conventional crunches, sit ups, and knee raises will tone and define the abdominal muscles, but they will NOT burn fat. That is unless you are doing thousands in a day, for weeks on end.
I can go on forever and I hope this helps.
GOOD LUCK!!!

I'm in almost the exact same boat; I gain weight in my belly. Sit-ups and crunches help, also as others said just general cardiovascular workout type stuff, like maybe stairclimbing or just walking a lot. That will boost your metabolism a bit to burn more fat. ALSO - don't forget to 'sculpt' the sides of your waist (I believe they're called the oblique muscles) - look into doing 'twist' type exercises that target the waist, not just the fat on the front of your belly.

You can't. There is no such thing as "spot reducing" certain areas of the body.
Let me guess, you're a "skinny fat person".
To eliminate your belly fat your going to have to eat healthier and workout.
A simple start is to cut out all sugar, fried, and white flour foods. Eat more meats and veggies.
Aim for 250 cals every 3 hours.
Minimize carbs and maximize protein intake.
Get close to 8 hours of sleep.
Drink at least 1 gallon of water a day.
Take a Centrum daily.
Do 30-45 min. of cardio 3x week
Do 30 min. of circuit training 3x week (alternate cardio).
Also work your "core" (abs and lower back with circuit training)
Do the above and you'll have one of the sexiest mid sections around.

The best way is by doing some kind of cardiovascular exercise. A trainer once told me that YOU CAN'T SPOT REDUCE. For example if you have fat ankles, you can't really loose the fat just on the ankles. So what you could do is start running or biking or something to get your heart rate up, and then maybe some sit ups.

In an effort to loose any weight on any part of your physique, you need to first devour a healthful weight-reduction plan. You might work out for hours on finish every day and not loose a pound in case you eat unhealthy. If you want to loose fat only for your belly, I think you must carry on with cardio , however rather do more sit down usapush ups.

unfortunately...you can't lose fat in just one area unless you get a liposuction. what you can do is exercise a lot and eventually get rid of the belly fat. try cutting down on foods with high amounts of fat and sugar. instead of eating junk food when you get the munchies, eat some fruit.

It is not possible to lose weight only from certain areas of the body. Certain parts of the body appear more fat due to lack of muscles. More details available at http://www.toloseweight.org/losestomachf...

Crunches and sit-ups TARGET the belly to help you loose belly fat. There are certain pilates programs that target the belly also.
