 Apply volumizing mousse to roots
(If your hair is not super curly) flip your hair upside down and blowdry it until it is like, 75% dry. (If it IS frizzy/curly, skip this step)
Use a medium sized ceramic round brush to smooth it out, and give it bend or shape.
 Spritz with a lighthold hairspray
 VOILA! Big bouncy hair.

Use very little conditioner, only on ends of hair. Blow dry upside down and even use steam curlers for volume, don't brush but use fingers to style after taking rollers out then spray with a strong hold hairspray. Keep the cut layered so it isn't really heavy and doesn't weigh hair down. good luck.
