I'd say Vietnamese. It has influences from China, France, India, Thailand. Yet it is it's own. It's very light and very flavorful. You won't gain weight eating it. I love it!

Thats a tough question. I love most of the world's cuisines. But if I HAD to choose just one, I think I would have to go with Indonesian. All the best of Asian cusine rolled into one.

Probably Italian. I like lots of others, but to be stuck with one for the rest of my life, I'd have to say Italian since I LOVE spaghetti, chicken parmesian, eggplant parmesian, shrimp pasta, etc.

eastern for me. much better than purely sushi and sashimi. Okinomiyaki, shabu shabu, tongatsu. . .that is infinite and the finest nutrition contained in the international. French is # 2 via a coconut sliver, regardless of the indisputable fact that that is # 2.

For me it would have to be Italian. I love Mexican, but it would be too spicy for my ulcer to have it every day.
