I don't think it's something that can or should be forced. They've only been going out for a short time so they probably still feel a little awkward and self conscious around one another and being naturally shy people would make this a whole lot worse. My advice would be to just encourage her to talk to him and spend as much time as she is comfortable with, with him, but don't force the issue - she'll just end up feeling like you guys are trying to boss her around which she won't appreciate (even though your intentions are good).
Give it time and I'm sure you'll see that as the two of them get to know one another, they'll be more comfortable in one another's company.
Also, there is nothing wrong with boyfriends and girlfriends having separate groups of friends and talking to other people. There's no need to change just because you've got a bf/gf.

stay out of their business....its hard and it will bug the hell out of u but really..dont bug in
unless she is screaming for help... talk to the guy first to get a clear picture, maybe he said something that made it weird (usually its the guy...) but if its something like: oh we kissed and we didnt talk after that, then just tell/make him talk to her, the last thing u want to do is play broken telephone between those two

you shouldnt worry about that, but your a really good friend if you do. you could try setting them up. like ask your friend to lunch and invite her boyfriend over then when they both arrive you leave them alone, they will have no choice but ot talk.

Don't rush them. Things happen at their own pace. Faster than comfortable will actually hurt them.
