You need to eat a lot of protien and do a lot of weights... Egg whites and chicken breasts are good.... You can also buy powdered protein in health food shops. It's beter to have big muscles than big viens though. Once your muscles get big enough your veins will get larger to get the blood in there.

This could be genetic. My dad has big veins and so do I. (Phlebotomists love me)...I don't work out and I'm female.

being vascular is a combination of having extremely low body fat and many years of training. supplementing with vanadyl sulfate will also help
