welll my age is 15 and a half height is around 5 1 and weight 155

some people say that i am over weight....and they are allways bugging me...i cant do anything like seriously.....my friends lost weight while playingg tenniss.i thought i would loose weight but i didnt loose any weight.....we use to practice for 2 hours continously ..(running, sprinting, and so much more)....its just unbelievable that i didnt loose any weight..
i see my friends in schoool eating chips and sodass everyday..i dont eat chips , chocolates of drink soda....maybe once in a month........its just not fairr...why do they dont gain weight...even when they have a big diet..and i gain weight in no sec when i dont even eat barely junk fooodss????

i really really need an answer...good answer...i cant exxercise at home cause i dont have a big appartment, i can not even ride my bycycle in winter......
my cousin makes fun of me all the time cause i am fat..although she is fat too...plz help me!!!!!!

Keep a food journal for about a week. Write down everything that you put in your mouth...food, drinks, gum, everything. It will give you a clear picture of what you consume and where you can make changes to cut calories. Some people are surprised to see what they actually eat. Next thing is just to get moving more...exercise doesn't have to be a "workout", the point is to get moving to burn more calories. Walk when you can, take stairs instead of an elevator, etc. It seems like a little, but it all does add up. You can journal these changes too if you want a clear picture. You should also try to spend time with people who are positive and not people who make fun of you...you don't need people making you feel bad about yourself.

Don't give me that sister! Wherever r from there are Malls I'm in
Canada and there's a paiload of people that walk that Mall hours
before it's open, join in! Carry water with you & drink 8 glasses a day. Wearing a Sweatsuit "they all do" as u drink that water and
sweat it out, that's all the Bad Toxins in your body dripping on r
towel around r face. Pace slow for a couple days and before u
know it you'll be 1st there! Good sneakers a must! And the next
time r cousin sees u tell her 2 talk 2 the hand cause this beauty
body ain't listenen. I, we would all be so proud of you!! Please e
me girlfriend I want to hear back from u & u got faith in me girl!

I'm not really sure, as I don't have much experience in this subject. But that is a little odd, that you didn't lose any weight from all the work you did. But keep at the working out. It will pay off eventually.

walking is a good source of exercise. walk in the evenings and you will lose
