Whether you loved her or laughed at her, the woman is dead. Please just let her rest in peace. Whatever happens now is between her and God. Remember guys, the beautiful body is now rotting and will soon be completely gone.

However, as much as I dislike Biblical quotes, I just finished answering a question on morality and Jayne Mansfield, and Mae West. Basically how the media effected American life. Anna Nichole is right up there but she was more just a smart ditz than intentionally evil.

I am not Christian, but the page i send the link to here does have some very valid points to make of the effect of such women on Amercian society, once a conservative and moral society. Not to mention Playboy Magazine.

If you bypass the heavily Christian slant, you will find a few very interesting and valid ideas. And be a tad shocked perhaps.

The early chapters of Revelation were addressed to specific churches -- in this case, the church in the city of Thyatira. They were having problems with people who taught things that were contrary to Christian doctrine.

There is some debate about "Jezebel's" identity. The obvious reference is to the historical Jezebel, wife of Ahab, who worshipped idols and incited Ahab to commit murder.

But it's unclear if the reference in Revelation is to a specific individual or whether John is talking in symbolic terms about a group of people. In any case, I really doubt that Anna Nicole was the person John had in mind.

R.I.P., Anna.

The scripture you gave references the harlot church who has embraced other religions as a prostitute enjoys the embrace of many men and sullied herself in so doing - and YES I actually used the word "Sullied" so get up out of the floor and quit pretending to have convulsions over it - like, guh!

Seeing that Anna Nichole was not a religious figure - I really don't see how these two fit. Of course she was a Jezebel - just not in the context of the passage you gave in Revelation.

First off, you're using the KJV - the MOST adulterated version of the bible about - thanks, King James, for having it rewritten to cover your own personal bias.

Second - you are imparting to Anna Nichole WAAAAYYYYY to much importance - she's nothing but a dead quasi celebrity, and if she'd not married that old guy, NO ONE would really know who she was.

And where exactly did she ever prophisize? Or claim to be a prophet? Where are her foresights about the future written down? Filmed? Documented in any way? OH, they aren't - because they never occurred.

in context, that verse is written to a specific local church. apparently a sexually immoral woman was considered a prophetess in the church and Christ was correcting that.

she has a lot more to worry about.

all have sinned. all fall short of the glory.

I know she was a troubled woman and I hope she is finally in peace, but I seriously doubt a book of the Holy Bible is about her.

May God Bless you.

It doesn't. The only thing she "taught" anyone was a) she looked good in tight clothes (or none at all) and b) that she had a lot of personal problems.
