The painkiller i have is generic,acetaminophen,round,white and have the number 771 on one side the other side is unscored.

if it says acetaminophen on it then that's what it is! That's the same thing as Tylenol.
If you got it as a prescription than it's probably just a higher dose.

What does the package itself say? If you don't have it, if this is from someone else, then just toss it completely.

its a cheaper alternative to alive, tylonol, advil....etc. forgot the name, if i find it ill let you know. its not dangerous so dont worry. your not taking anything illegal. haha. hope whatever the pain is goes away. good luck!
