I liked this boi 4 almost 2 years and I am in 8th by the way, we r goin to diff. skools next yr and my friends say I should tell him I like him, I am really shy and too scared to tel him and I we arent really friends kinda, but he is nice,seet funny and stuff, not sexual @ all which is good. Wat should I do cuz I really like him ALOT!!!!

sure, tell him..... but not in too serious a way -- you don't want to scare him. but if he says something that makes you laugh, say "i like you. you always know how to make me laugh" OR "i like you. how do you always know how to make me laugh?". see how it goes from there. if you say the second option, that's at least asking a question which will encourage further conversation.
also, maybe touch him on the arm when you say that.

but yeah!!!!!! tell him!!!!!!!! i would send him a secret admiror card, and tell him to meet you someplace special!!! tell him not to tell anybody, but to come to that place alone, and youll make yourself known! or if your too shy tell him to try to find you and if he guesses right, well... tell him you like him!!!
or get a friend to tell him you like him!!!
