Absolutely, it is rape. It doesn't matter if the 15 year old girl consented or not. It is considered statuatory rape. As far as I know, if the minor is 16 years old, the other party must have consent from the parents. The legal age is technically 17.

15 is too young, in most states, to give consent, so it would be statutory rape.
Even if it isn't something that the 20 year old can be sent to jail for, someone needs to take him out back and teach him what happens to men who prey on little girls. What a bastard.

Uh, first off, why is that 15 year-old at a party getting drunk? Secondly, yes, it is called statutory rape...check out the laws in your state.

I think that would be considered statutory rape. Being drunk and 15 just takes away all of your senses and ability to be right about anything, but technically it would be rape.

At the very least it's statutory rape. I don't think there are any states that have an age of consent as low as 15.

By law it is statutory rape because of the age difference. However, I think it is dumb and if it was consensual then it should not be considered anything.

im in Australia and the legal age of sex is 16!! do u know wat i hate? these STUPID teen girls and boys go out and have sex either protected or not then the next time the wanna root they end up getting raped and the wonder why its happened? yes, statutory rape, but the legal age is different depending on what state you live in. I think in like Alabama it's legal at age 13.

Yes it is. Even is she said yes adn had sex willingly, it is still statutory rape, as he is over 18. He can be arrested and sent to jail for that.
