Which firearms are banned from California as of January 2007. Does anyone have a link to all of the banned weapons as of 2007. Just a reference before i go buying a weapon from out of state. also, i'm trying to find out whether the IMI Galail, IMI Desert Eagle and uzi(regular, mini, and miro) are banned.

not sure. your president, in a totally unexpected move, deliberately expired the assault rifle ban in the USA. wow.

OK - so - no such thing as an effective "ban" that will stop a criminal from getting a gun in the whacko state "california". The banned list is the criminal's shopping list and anyone too stoo-pid to recognize this must run for political office as you would be perfect for the job.
