I bought my fiance a keepsake box and engraved a special saying on top.
I told him he now has a special place to save all the keep sakes I will give him over our years together.

A pair of car dice, with pics of you on one and one of him on the other to hang in his car, it can look really cute.
Have a coin that you would use to put into the slot machine and have a engravement on it, the date/time and your names and whatever else you want to include

Get him a nice watch or something hes into. Maybe get something engraved.
