Whether they are real or not is not the case at hand. Your question is whether they can get AIDS...yes! Believe it or not, they can get AIDS like any other promiscuous human being since they have blood like any of us...there's no need for evidence, since anatomical logic is basis enough for this remark, i.e. they have blood circulating in their system. The question is, how are they able to clear any hematologic disease in their system since they replenish their supply of blood constantly :)
Also, one cannot get AIDS from a vampire. Since their fangs are not like syringes where there is a hollow opening, no blood can be injected through those fangs...unless of course the vampire performs sexual intercourse or bites a person with AIDS and then immediately bites you, infection with the HIV is very minimal.

Probably not, unless they had an open sore in their mouth and some of your blood got into it or vice versa.
But I bet a vampire can get AIDS in other ways, like needles and unprotected sex....

well i hate to be the one tell you this but vampires dont exist, their fictional characters...but if they did then yes they could get aids, if they ingested extremely high quantities of hiv positive blood.
