When I open up word It tells me I need to enter a 25 digit install code. I have never had to do that before. It may be because I had to wipe my computer and re-install everything but I've done it before and it never told me I needed an install code. I also don't even have a code for it. What do I do?

I don't have a CD case because it was allready installed onto my computer when I got it.

You must contact Microsoft either:
Online
Phone
Letter
And request the 25 - Digit code that matches the 25 digit code displayed in the pop - up that should appear.

The code is on the back of the CD case.
