Where did he come from? Where was he before the creation of the Earth/Heaven/Hell? Why condemn disbelievers if he says to forgive, and love thy enemy?

Go play somewhere else? Is that what he meant by, "they will be cast into the lake of fire"?

This is a question that all mankind has pondered for all time. God has always been. Our limited minds can't accept that because everything we know has a beginning and an end. Our minds can't accept eternity either. Think about it. It is real I know, but we can't understand it. God Bless.

Well God created the earth and heaven and hell so i believe that He must have been present when they came to be. And as all the other answers state, God is and always will be. This may seem like a blatant answer with no true meaning behind it whatsoever. Some may even believe that christians made this answer up just because they could not think of a solution to such a hard question. This is not true. First of all, our human minds are too finite to understand the true nature of God. Of where He came from, or why He does certain things that may not seem like part of His character at all. But He is a loving God. God does not condemn anyone to hell. Its like, there is a fork in the road. One way goes to hell and satan is standing there tempting you with all the secular goods and lusts. On the other road is God, and He tells you that what satan is doing is wrong, and that He loves you. He doesn't want you to die. This is the choice. There is no ultimatum where God is saying "Believe or die." You condemn yourself. And if you have had a troubling event in your life involving christians that condemn and things of that sort, then I am so sorry and I will pray for you. Love the enemy and hate the sin.

You ask some pretty deep questions. I hope you realize most will take them as taunting. I will chose to believe you and do my best to answer them.
I am sure you have read the beginning of Genesis. God has never told us how he "came to be" only that He always was. Bad grammar aside that is the scope of our knowledge. It is a mystery and granted sounds far fetch, but He has always backed it up with power and authority. Evolutionists believe we simply came into existence by mere chance and we are supposed to take that as fact. Well, we have had that concept for a whole lot longer and everyone tends to question it. I do no know if I will care or dare to ask God questions when I make it to heaven, but that might be at the top of the list.
Now, as to condemnation of disbelievers. We are to love and forgive so that they may come to know God by our example. However, you like many quote one scripture without the whole. We are given rules of conduct that in its extreme casts out those who will not change. This is so that they may come to a reckoning of the flesh and return to the fold. Like many addicts some can only get better after hitting rock bottom, that or die.
Likewise, God created a perfect place for those that wish to be with him and it is what he tried to give us the first time before we failed. God did not start us out to run the race between heaven and hell. He wished a garden and we thumbed our noses at it.
So, Heaven is full of what God is and people who wish to come may. But, what to do with those that do not wish to have any part of him? Hell. Hell is the place that is everything that God is not. That is the absence of God. Whether that will be fire or darkness it is void of God.
Final thought. Why should God create a nice place for those that do not love him? We chose and he allows us entrance to the place of our choice.

Jesus, who is God, is outside of time and is in eternity. He always was, and always will be.
What do you want to be forgiven of? I don't understand your question. Jesus said that if you don't believe that He died for your sins and rose again, then you will go to hell for eternity. That is a fact. If I didn't tell you that, then I would be acting very unloving.
God condemns those who refuse Jesus Christ (God Himself) to their dying breath, because He is holy and hates sin. It cannot exist in His presence. So you can take His forgiveness, or you can go to hell. Bluntly, that is the way it works, and it is RIGHT.
Being cast into a lake of fire is not "playing somewhere else". It is not "play" at all. It is eternal TORMENT and pain. There will never be any fun there, ever.

We dont know, the Bible doesnt say and we wont know until we are in Heaven and can ask him directly.
Heaven IS his dwelling place.
We have to love our enemies in order for them to have a chance at salvation and accepting Jesus. He condemns disbelievers because that is eternal justice. People have an opportunity all their lives to display their faith in God in various ways, most of which is following Jesus. But they wont do it because they like evil more than God therefore they will go to an evil place in the afterlife.

God is the only thing that made itself out of nothing. He comes from the word, he's original consciousness. When did you hear God say love thy neighbor? In the Bible? Theres no scientific evedence the bible is the word of God. I don't condemn disbelievers, I condemn these idiots that claim to be Christians yet are constantly bad mouthing other belief systems.

God exists outside of time and space. Time and space exist only inside our universe which he created. Therefore, for him, there was no before. He exists at all places and all times.
Define condemn. If he doesn't want to hang out with you then you go play somewhere else. He can forgive you and still not want you around.

God is and was and is to come. He has no beginning and no end. This is a question from someone looking for an excuse not to believe.
God loves everyone, and has forgiven everyone their sins. The question is, why won't you accept that forgiveness? Your own choice is what condemns you to an eternity away from God.

If you do research on Jehovah, you will find many names that are attached to it, i.e. Jehovah- Shaloam. (The Lord is my Peace)
Along the way you might discover that He called Himself ' I AM.' In Hebrew it means, ' From everlasting to everlasting. So; always was, and always will be- even before time, whatever we are supposed to call that! lol
"Why condemn disbelievers if he says to forgive, and love thy enemy?"
God makes sure that we know that His judgements are better than ours. So no matter what He might do-- we might not and should not do whatever it is. What
He said that He wanted US to do is love one another, thy neighbor, etc. We can't see around the corners that He can see. So we leave up to Him His judgements. He rewards 'faith' ( that's trust) and He punishes doubt-- as in doubting Him.

I'm not a christian but wanna just cite some verses here:
"Say that there is only one God, God who does not need anybody but all the world needs him, he does not have any children and is not the child of anybody, and nobody is like him and at his level"
and there is another verse:
"Say to the atheists, I would never pray to your beliefs and you wouldn't pray to my God, so let my religion be for me and your belief for you."
hell doesn't exist, it is created by the human conscience. why would someone who does a bad deed for the first time (not in a religious point of view) feel guilty after wards? it is said that hell is just our conscience punishing us for our bad deeds on earth.
and no one is condemning anyone for saying to forgive and love the enemy. (at least I'm not and I'm a very religious person)
I can cite other verses for you but it wouldn't change anything.
