It can teach people how to get back into "touch" with the environment... to teach them how to conduct their daily lives with more mindfulness, etc. Very good stuff.

this is my conclusion on the matter.

All indian cultures are preserved by God and tradition to prove The wickedness of mankind throughout history. All of it represents idolatry coming forth from a corrupted tree of faith that may or may not have roots in the righteousness of Ancestors.
Spirituality is achieved by worshipping God and keeping his commandments, HIS commandments and HIS words are life to those that humble themselves and Obey.
there are Fraudulent spiritualities in the world and in history that are based on false dieties and deception through sorceries and witchcraft(s). These too have forms of spirituality but they are cisterns with Holes, that cannot hold water.

although i cannot judge individual spirituality and what their spirituality is originated from, And although most chrisitianity practices Idolatry in believing a false imagination of God. most people are still sincere in believing in God.
