Best Solution for Acne? Cheap?

I have really oily face. I use Proactive, but I still break out regularly. I usually break out under stress.

I hear ya! I also use proactive, and on good days i see good results, but i have same thing u do. first u have to limit the eating of sweets and ur salt intake. next u need to drink that big ol 8 oz of water water helps the skin and flush it and cleasne it. second find a srub, any ol scrub will done, not one to harsh and not one that has extra chemicals in it, u can actually overdry oily skin, wash ur face 3times a day and clean it twice. and heres one good tip. people with oily oily skin get less wrinkles!

I really like Paula's Choice 2% beta hydroxy acid gel (salicylic acid) and also the extra strength blemish fighting solution. It's not too expensive either, especially considering the amount that you receive. If you don't want to spend too much, get just the beta hydroxy and you can pair it with something you already have with benzoyl peroxide. I think one bottle is $14 and it contains 4oz. I ordered in November and have PLENTY and it didn't take very long for it to come through regular bulk mail. A good, cheap face wash is Cetaphil (for oily skin) mixed with a little bit of baking soda. Sounds silly, but it's a good scrub. Paula also suggests putting plain Milk of Magnesia on your face to dry up oil. Also sounds crazy, but it works, too. You can even put it under your make-up in a thin layer. Good luck! try AcneFree... its a wal-mart/publix brand but it works very well for me... i have oily skin and am regularly outside for 3-4 hours sweating. it keeps any breakouts in a contained area. get the acne & blackhead terminator squeezy tube stuff. its really good for zapping a big zit.

I use proactiv, its not too cheap but u noe in magazines u can join their club which is $20 including S+H and they send u a new kit every month. It works really well for me but u need to make sure to use it twice a day. If u cant commit, try usint the knock off found in drug stores called AcneFree, i havent tried it but its prolly the same thing.

Clean and Clear Facial Cleanser is amazing! i had the biggest zit on picture day once, i used it in the morning, and it was gone in the afternoon (luckily thats when my class was getting pictures taken!) so that works great. i also like Clearasil. if you leave some on a zit, it dries it up in minutes!

you dont need to wash it with any thing over the counter, well actually yes, You just have to use plain soap an dover time it will clean your faec. just take tid in mind, this coming from an experienced 6th grader, dont use clean an dclear, it will screw up your face.
