About the whole end of the world, you know the 666 deal... this contains some religous reference, bleak topic

Well, I've heard about this last year (June 6,2006, 6/6/06) lol not really 666. But, anyway... I've also heard many cultures have predicted our so called "dooms day". One thinks it is sometime in May,2012. Also, in the Catholic bible, it predicts this day when the 'Beast' with the markings 666 will kill us all. I know this is a very um, I guess bleak putting it easily. But, I am curious what other cultures predict, if they do at all. I know this is a weird question to ask, I hope you won't get offended or anything.>Thanks

Jesus said no man knows the time nor day that He will come back. Only God knows. The mark of the beast is real. Go to Verichip.com. read the prophecy part. It is very real, and once you take 666 you can never go to heaven. The day is coming soon, but I don't know when for sure. Revelation Ch 13 talks about this. There was a movie back in the 70's called A Thief In The Night. Check that movie out.

This is the man666 the reason why it says the number that represents a beast, the same man also said he was God the Holy Spirit. Everyone else might bother you about it making that it is that the beast is birthdated June 6 6pm. I've never read the Catholic Bible. I read the King James Bible and the New International Version which mentions the Mark of the Beast (the Antichrist) and his number is 666.

As for end of days - whats going on in the Middle East is written in the Bible - and the Antichrist could appear at anytime, to kill anyone who does not convert to Islam or at least become a Dimhi (slave).

Jesus will return before the Antichrist (the Beast) can destroy all the peoples and will kill the Antichrist and his followers, throwing them into the lake of fire. At that point Jesus will rule the world and bring it to peace by removing the violent people of the earth. he will rule for 1000 years and after Satan has been loosed from his prison - the world will end some time after that.

God's people will be moved to a new Earth.

No one knows when the end will come. Not even the Angels in Heaven.The 666 is the mark of the beast, which is satan. At the end of times if you do not have the mark you cannot buy, sell, or trade. If you are one of Gods children you have noyhing to fear. Read Revelation 13 verses 16 & 17. God Bless.

The 666 thing is Hebrew numerology...each number represents a concept...
1=ehud/or unity
2=unity or division, based on context
3=perfection or completion
4=completion of mankind (ie four corners of the world, etc)
5=mercy
6=imperfection/sin
7=perfection or completion
8=eternity
9=finality
10=perfection of the law

So with this in mind....3 sixes refers to something which is perfectly imperfect. And what is more evil or perfectly imperfect than the devil?

Yeah, it looks bleak. It looks downright scary! But there is nothing to indicate "when" the day will occur, just "that" it will occur. We need to be prepared and be...well...good!
