Just do breathing exercises. those helped me!
Also, if you think you have a problem with anger management. I'd recommend an anger management class to help you deal.
Another way is to channel your energy into something productive like exericing, running, kickboxing, etc.
Hope that helped.

First of all, you have to realize you have a problem...which is anger. I have the same thing. It takes a lot of self discipline, but it works. Just make yourself more aware of your anger problem, and find things that work for you to control it. For instance, I would find out what I am constantly getting mad about, think about why I am getting mad, and how silly it is...then take a deep breath, and try thinking of something else. After you think about how silly the little thing you are mad about is, then it seems so small compared to other things in your life...and that one thing doesn't matter.

I don't know, it works for me, I am also looking into trying some yoga or something. I don't know how people sit there and just breathe, seems a little boring, I am more of a get up and go person, but it works for so many people, maybe it can work for people like us.

Think about why your getting upset and what good is it to let yourself runing things. If someone or something bothers you or pisses you off, Stop, and say "That just ruined my minute" and smile and walk away. It takes practice, but only you can control your actions not anyone else. You choose to get angry, remember that.

I know this sounds super super super weird, but try blowing blowing some bubbles if you can get your hands on some. It may sound like a little kid thing, but it does help. Just try it. Also, you can try punching a pillow. Start yelling at it, calling it an "evil pillow". I know those both sound a little dumb, but it really does help. Take it from someone who knows. Try it!

I try to look at final outcomes and see if that's what I want to happen.

Then I choose to let go. I don't feel cheated because I know I could do whatever I choose. I just choose to do the kind thing.
