It all depends how your cooking it- Don't turn your heat up real high, you want it to cook evenly in the skillet, if it is on a griddle scramble your egg and spread it around with a peice of cheese. Put your ingredients in it and fold it on each side-top with cheese!

use an iron cast pan. it cooks quiker, it taste better and its non stick. TRIPLE THREAT
