i am moving out of my house ive lived in for 17 years and act as though im SO excited but i feel like i dont know the people i am leaving and that something terrible will happen to them once i have left and i will regret not using the time i had with the better and knowing this will ruin my life..

my secret:: im not wearing any underwear. hehe.
but i know how u feel, i felt that way when i moved out of my parents house when i was 20. i felt worried about them and would come over all the time in strange hours thinking that they really miss me and want me back, but they were pretty pleased i was gone, being the last child to leave and all, they were going on trips and cruises and vegas every weekend, they like not having the responsability, and knowing that you becoming an adult. so dont be so worried, everything will be fine, enjoy your new experience, and just keep in touch well with your old house. its an exciting thing to move out so dont ruin it for yourself.

What you have shared seems a little different than a normal secret, or a fantasy, but more of a fear. Could be a fear of leaving and being on your own, fear of the unknown. If you have such fears I would talk to some trustworthy person and get their help on your anxiety and fears. Talk to your Mom and Dad, they might be able to help you out, especially if you have had such fears before. Take care.. Good Luck

Try spending more time with them, or talking to them on the phone if you are moving far. I think about that often as well. Like I live with my family but I don't spend anytime with them and will regret that one day. So try spending more time with them!!!
