i like twists ..over like free braids...(unlike cornrows)
twists are nice
but cornrows i lie...
i dont like ectensions braided into hair...i call it free...rather than cornrows

twists are probably better because they're bigger. depending on who you go to that person might twist/braid your hair too tight. just make sure they're not too tight and you should be ok.
