What do i tell her to let her know that I still want to continue our relationship together?

The only thing you can do is let go. If she comes back it was yours. If so, it was yours to begin with. If not, then it was never yours. Tell her your feelings and do it. She will stay with you if she wants, or she will leave. Just let things take its course. Or you can bang one of her family members.

Maybe you should fight for your relationship instead of accepting the fact that it's over. You can tell her that you still want to be with her, but it's more effective for you to show her why you two need to stay together. Something selfless that benefits her may be in order ...

It must have been fun getting to know eachother and doing new stuff togehter when you started going out.

do something new for her, go out and do a new activity together. Show her that you havent changed to a person that she shouldnt go out with anymore cause your old news and boring.
REVAMP your relationship. surprise her. she will become curious and excited and probably happy.
