Well, first of all it was Thomas Edison, not Einstein.
I think the quote you're looking for is: "Results? Why, man, I have gotten lots of results! If I find 10,000 ways something won't work, I haven't failed."

Interestingly, contrary to popular belief, Edison did NOT invent the light bulb - they had been around 50 years. He did however, come up with the way to make them practical and economical, after hundreds of "failures".

You might want to check out books at a library where science in the topic. I suspect that a number of the authors who cite Einstein are Christians. His work in gravitation and relativity are off-topic for this forum, which is why they aren't cited. His thoughts on the larger nature of the universe are pertinent if the discussion includes the concept of higher intelligence.
