Personally, the thing that I notice at first are a man's eyes. By eyes, I'm not saying the color of their eyes, buy what with eyes are telling me. I know it might sound a little bit ridiculous, but you can know what a guy is feeling through the way he looks at you.

About men that are in shape, it is always nice to know that a man cares about his body (by this I'm not saying that he has to take care of his body more than a women), but a man with a few extra pounds can really get your attention too. At the end, it all depends on the attitude.
