There's this quote that goes something like:

Is this the correct wording, or a misquote? And, who said it?

i dont know about that quote ok truth hurts and silence kills. but ive always known this quote tho all my life it goes like this the truth always hurts cause you know why the truth always hurts when some one tels you the truth about your self and anything you do in your life well the reason why they always say the truth hurtsis cause the truth will always set you free from sin

I'm not certain of the exact wording, but tradition holds that it was Desmond Tutu that wrote it. It was (reportedly) contained in a book called "Health Issues in the Black community."

Sounds like nonsense to me. I think what you're thinking of is "yo quero, taco bell" and the person who said that actually wasn't a person at all, it was the taco bell chiuaua. It's spanish, I think it means that nasty ground up meat is good for you.
