OMG I can't believe most people here are more or less explicitly advising you to dump the guy you love. I don't understand his reasons for remaining at his parents', since I moved out as soon as I could...I had wanted to since I was 6 =) Unfortunately, there's little information I could base my answer on, since you have been careful to only point out what pisses you off and not describe him as a complete individual. Maybe he's thinking, "there's your house, there's my parents', what do I need a third place for?" Maybe if you do dump him for this silly reason, he will learn to be more independent, but rest assured that he won't come back looking for you when he's become Mr Independence. You probably hoped for him to change and turn into the man of your dreams from the very beginning - girls often do - but it didn't work out and you're disappointed. If you got a sweet guy that respects you and gives you a good time, why discard him in exchange for unknown substitutes? Who knows, with all the care and affection that he's been receiving from his family he might turn into the most caring guy you will ever know. Obviously hos parents would miss him more than you would, so I can't blame him if he prefers to stay with one foot at his parents'. I think there's a deeper reason for your dissatisfaction. You better find out what it is, or else you will always have a relational problem. If his character is not what you were looking for in a man, why are you still with him?
