Also known as "tai-chi chuan", it is a Chinese martial art that some people believe to be more of an "internal art", but as the practitioners of the real tai-chi may tell you; it can also be hardcore.

Most of the art concentrates on slow-controlled movements that are meant to flow completely together, and many people feel that tai-chi is more for the old folks.
