I want to know if you can go to a tattoo parlor and get a actuall tattoo, not a tracer number, tattooed on your dog? It wouldn't be big but it'd be on his " bicep" area of his front arm.

It is against the law for animals to be in tattoo shops (health code violation), it is against the law to tattoo animals for any reason other than tracking/registration number (animal cruelty). Besides that, the dog would bite and try to flee while being tattooed and the hair would grow over the tattoo so it wouldn't be visible. This is just the worst idea I have heard in a long time. I really wish more people had common sense, the world would be a better place.

You will not find a reputable tattoo artist who will tattoo a dog with anything other than a proper tracer number.

Don't be ridiculous.
